Hello All.

Thank you for the helpful posts.

Jeff, I am currently located in the Northern Suburbs, specifically in the Park Ridge/Niles area. I am interested in area that are at least relatively close to where I currently live (at least to start), but am open to looking into other Chicagoland areas. It is just honestly tough for me to answer that question directly since I feel somewhat overwhelmed in the sense of where to begin.

Hello.

My name is Hubert and I am currently located in the Northern Chicago Suburbs. I have been reading up on Real Estate Investing and getting my hands on as many Bigger Pockets books I can find. House Hacking is something that I would like to get started with and do have enough saved up to get started.

However, I am hesitant since I do not have any experience and am not sure how or where to get started. If there is any advice or recommendations on how to get started or even someone I can contact to speak with locally, anything would be helpful. Thank you all.
