Hello Terri,

I think you missed the whole point. Do you work for a mortgage company? No, there is no need to have a power of attorney to allow someone to control their own loan. The concept of the program is to help people avoid paying high commissions. Does that scare you? I doubt that most people would want to get involved in the whole paperwork side of things, but I'm sure they would love to save time, money, and reduce their interest rate... I think it would be worth it.

People do this all the time in Real Estate. Have you ever seen a For Sale By Owner sign? The reason why people sell their own house is because they dont want to pay the high commisssion fees to the Realtor. Personally, I dont recommend it unless you have experience in this field. Were offering the same opportunity to people trying to secure a good loan, and you work side by side with an experienced Mortgage consultant or Branch Manager.

If you think that 401k is private, then go to www.time.com and and get a glimpse of the Oct. 31, 2005 issue regarding your 401k. My point is no one should have access to funds that you put into an account, wether it be private or not. Thats stealing!

Last time I checked, the majority of the U.S. citizens pay midicare taxes, wich is a Government benefit for the citizens who cant afford to pay for medical services. If you are an illegal and you get sick or injured, you can get treated with no problem. Not to mention your SSI reserve fund has been recklessly spent on foreign soil without your permission. Are'nt those supposed to be private funds... I could be wrong.

I think the immigration problem goes far beyond just Mexicans. People from all over the world come here illegally. Mexico is 10 times richer than the USA in resources. The Mexican people should make more of an effort to unite and force their own corrupt politicians to do a better job. Mexico has the resources, and people to become a super power, but they have some of the most corrupt politicians in the world. I'm a firm believer that if you dont put in to a system then you should by no means reap benefits from that same system. This is whats happening to this country when they offer benefits to illegals.

How would you feel if you saved up your retirement and 401k, and then found out later in life that you cant draw on that savings due to the fact the an illegal immigrant that you dont even know spent it due to his misfortune. This is what's happening to the people of this country that have put into the American system for generations!!! Heck for some illegals, spending time in prison in the states is better than the condition that they came from. Yet we still pay for that too. There are pros and cons to this situation.

Add on...

Hello all,

Thank you for replying to my post. Im not sure how far I can go into advertising my company on this site without getting in trouble, but I'll give you a brief explanation of who we are and what we do.

The company that I do business with is called National Lending Corporation. We're licensed to do business in 46 states, and have over 150 offices Nationwide. We cover residential, commercial, and construction loans. As an investor you could actually eliminate the whole negotiating process between you and the Loan Officer or Broker. It's my personal opinion that this is the most dreaded part of buying and selling property, not to mention NOT closing on time due to the lack of urgency of your Loan Officer.

As an investor, it's crucial that you secure the best financing available. The points that a Broker charges can effect not only the closing cost but also the interest rate as well. In our company we allow you to become an associate and never go through the hassle of negotiating points or interest rates with a Loan Officer again. We offer you the opportuinty to take full "CONTROL" of your loan while we do the work. With our in-house processing, the most you would have to do is fill out a simple 1003 form for you or your client. Did I mention that there is compensation involved too!!! Thats right, not only can you "Control" your own points, closing date, what appraiser you use, what Escrow & Title company you use, what lender you use, but also split the commission of your own closing cost. Do you want or need that much responsibility? Probably not... but the opportunity is there for you. You see, this business is all about relationships. The more and better the relationships, the better deal you get. Every investor I've met has a horror story to tell about the Broker that screwed him, or the appraiser that delayed his closing, or the Escrow Company that charged too much. As an associate with us, you take the risk out of getting screwed, unless you like taking advantage of yourself!

We dont believe in referral fees... we build a relationship and make you an associate. This is a win/win situation for everyone. Real Estate agents are joining with us in record numbers! They love the idea of coming on board with us and getting paid commission on both sides of the deal... I would too! This opportunity is available for anyone who chooses to buy or sell property, wether professional or not. Once you become an associate with us you have full acess to our company website, our online TV network, and all of our offices Nationwide. I challenge anyone to offer a better deal than this. Does this mean you have to become an employee with us... NO! It means taking the time and developing a relationship with us and securing better deals for you, your clients, and your friends and family. And getting paid for your trouble.

Allow me to give a scenario of how a deal would be transacted with us. Lets say you, the investor wants to buy a piece of property. The first step is filling out a simply 1003 form and getting the pre-approval letter printed for you. Then you go shopping for your property. Lets say your property is $500k. Once you find your property, we do the rest. We keep you posted every step along the way though. What lenders we shopped the deal to., what Escrow & Title were using, what appraiser were using, and when Loan docs are ordered. We keep you in the light the whole time, and you close your loan in a timely fashion. With the addition of not charging yourself rediculous points, you'll get a check after the loan is closed. $2500 to be exact. The commission you recieve is based on the value of the loan.

In my opinion, this is a great way to "Control" your own loan. If you have anymore questions feel free to contact me.

Good Day All,

I'm new to this site, and I'm looking forward to networking with everyone!!!
My background is in the Financial Service Field (Loans, Investments, Insurance).

If you are a Realtor who might be interested in making commission on both sides of the deal... let's talk. If you are a Loan Officer looking to become a Broker... let's talk. If you are a Broker interested in growing your team Nationwide... let's talk. If you are an investor looking to "CONTROL" your own loans...let's talk. If you dont even know how to spell Mortgage, and you want to break into this profession...let's talk.

Hmm, did I miss some one :)
