Post: Investor-friendly brokers to hang license

Hello all - I'm relatively new to the Peachtree Corners area and I'm looking for a real estate broker with investor-friendly policies (low monthly fees, favorable policies for buying/managing my own rentals, no desk duty, etc.) to hang my license, preferably with an office in Gwinnett County. I see this question has come up a few times in this forum, but haven't seen any recent replies. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for the help

Pablo

The property manager I had at the time filed and I ended up representing myself at the hearing. Didn't have to use an attorney.

As a follow-up, I ended up filing Wrongful Detainer. Process was delayed due to the courts shutting down for COVID, but ultimately worked fine and would've been a fairly painless process. Good advice @Ned Carey

Thanks a bunch @Ned Carey. Unfortunately, these are true squatters. I'll give those guys a call later today.

Yes, if you don't mind. Thanks Ozzy.

Also, any thoughts on cost or how long the process takes?

They're on the Northern side of Edmondson Village on solid blocks.

Hello -

Due to a horrible real estate agent, I now have squatters in one of my properties. Can anybody recommend an experienced attorney to handle the ejectment?

Thanks,

Pablo

Hello everybody -

I know this has been a pretty frequently recurring topic over the years, but thought I'd bring it up again since I've had a horrible time finding a reliable person/company to manage some properties in Baltimore City. Has anybody had any recent success that wouldn't mind sharing contact info?

Thanks,

Pablo
