I have been flipping for years and have more deals I can handle at the moment. I just put that out there to get some feedbacks on names. Was buying and selling under my name and now want to do it under a company name, for protection, etc. I do think a name is important because of branding, etc.  No offense taken.

I am going to start a company (corp or llc) taking to my CPA which is best. What ideas do y’all have? Can’t be one already registered with state of Tennessee. Currently mostly flipping houses, and starting new builds. Hopefully, will mostly do new builds in the future. In process of getting builders license’s. 

The company name I feel like should end with _________ Homes. 

One contractor said $28 for 4x12 sheet includes hanging, finishing, mud, tape, and corners. He says his crews are the best and I can see his job. Supposed to meet him tomorrow. 

The problem is the last drywall he hung and finished was not the best quality. It wasn't terrible but  there were some flaws. I am currently talking to others to see there jobs and get quotes. 

That makes sense thanks for the help. 

This guy wants $18 for both labor only. He said that is standard price for area. 

Getting ready to hang drywall on a flip that has been a total restoration. Wanted to get an idea what others or paying to hang and finish drywall on a complete house. I got a quote from a contractor that has done other work for me. He said $18 for each 4x8 sheet. Thanks BP

I have been flipping house for two years in Nashville and one in Chattanooga. Building a new one currently as well in Woodbine neighborhood. In 2015 flipped 7 houses. This year have closed on 2 flips so far. Have 2 more working on now. This year they have been complete gut, including subfloor and floor joist. So, it has taken a long time. But I learned a lot. Last year it wasn’t as old of houses. 

I bought a house on hubzu. It was a short sale. After a couple of month closed on it. Flipped the house and made some money. Only bad thing is they have a buyers fee, just take that in consideration. I was able to preview the house before bidding.
