Thank you. I appreciate the feedback. At this point though I am looking more for an online database of property info. I generally familiarize myself with an area I'd like to invest and spot locations, or specific buildings that I'd like to invest in. My problem is getting basic info like SF, zoning, ownership etc. Is there any online database of this kind for Jersey. I've tried datauniverse, but it's still missing a lot of the basic info I need, and is not so simple to navigate. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi all, I've been investing in real estate for several years (very limited). Love the idea of this forum, and look forward to contributing! For the most part I have focused in NY, but am now looking to branch out to NJ since NY is getting quite expensive. I look mostly for multifamily properties. My question is, what are the resources available for property info in NJ. In NY, I use Property Shark and Reonomy. They give me Lot SF, Building SF, # of units, year built, owner information, etc. Is there anything comparable in NJ?

Thanks in advance for the help!
