I am looking for Property Manager recommendations for Evansville, Indiana.  I'm looking for a PM group that has a reasonable monthly rate, manages tenant selection well, addresses property issues with quality, and conscientiously and actively turns properties when vacant.  I am an out of state investor that has a number of properties in the Evansville area and I am looking for a trustworthy long term PM relationship.  I appreciate any recommendations your references the BP community can provide in this market.

My business partner and I are closing a deal on a block of properties out of state in Evansville, IN.  A few of the properties are C-/D properties that will need some rehab.   Are there any good Evansville contractors the BP community might suggest that we could talk to to see if they'd be interested in taking on some rehabs?

Derrick, They are single family homes, 3/2s and 2/1s.    They range from $500-$900/mo.   

I'm looking at some properties in Evansville, Indiana and I'm wondering if anyone in the locale has a recommendation on property managers in the area.  I'll be visiting soon and would like to meet up with a handful of the best in the area.    Any recommendations or "be sure to avoid"?
