Yes I can that’s what I’m thinking to do. Just was thinking it would be nice for a family to have a tub w/shower especially with kids.

It is unfortunately the only bath in the house, older house so small baths were in.  

There is a tub in now but it goes the length of the bathroom making it awkward positioning.  

Just bought a house that that has a bath that’s not 5ft wide, big enough for a tub. Built in 1938.

Has an area 40x27x90 big enough for a shower any ideas on what else I can put in.

@Blake Denman thanks for the response Blake. We are both new to the industry as far as investing. Have a little capital to back us just trying to find the best way to go about all our options.

@Jon Crosby thanks for the information. Yes we are thinking duplex, or quad right now. In a good location with tenants already. Just trying to weigh options.
