Thanks for all the input, many of which are why I am drawn to the area. On the tenant side, what do you typically see as far as types of tenants (family's, young professionals, blue/white collar) and do you find it more or less challenging to fill vacancies?

We are looking at some potential buy and hold properties in the Baltimore County area, specifically Parkville/Overlea/Rossville/Rosedale and are looking for some input on the market there. Our goal is to buy and hold, but would also love to hear some input on flipping resales and short-term rentals as well. We are always looking to grow our overall network with people who invest, sell or deal in that area in general.
