Looks like they are a loss mitigation company. Here is some additional info...CSG is offering you the opportunity to start your own Foreclosure Agent Business and become affiliated with StatewideFP, a new organization dedicated to helping troubled homeowners save their homes from foreclosure.

You bring them leads of people wanting to either save or sell their home because they are in preforeclosure. It costs nothing to get started. I'm just wondering what kind of reputation they have if anyone has heard about them.

I'm not an agent or investor, just looking for the opinion of the professionals here on this forum. Hopefully someday I will be an investor myself.

Thanks,
Debbie

Hi All,

Has anyone heard comments about the affiliate program offered by this company? Are they a scam or ripoff to people who really need help with a foreclosure? I'd be interested to hear the good, the bad and the ugly.

Thanks.

Hi All,

I have a 14 year old son (soon to be 15) who is looking for some work this summer. If there are any investors out there in Southern New Hampshire who need someone to do clean-outs of apartments or houses after the residents move out, please contact me. Also, contractors/builders who need general clean up help don't hesitate to send me in email. Thank You.

Hi Jennifer,

I'm also in Southern NH looking into Bank Owned properties. Did you visit this home today? I'm curious as to how it went. I'm looking into a few myself, but found that even though they have very low amounts remaining on the loan, the liens are unbelievable. One has a loan balance of just over $6K, but a lien of $185K. YIKES!! Unless they are willing to forgive the lien, I'm not going near that one. Anyway, I'd love to know how it went for you today.

Konban Wa and Irasshi!!

Although you are probably halfway through your day by now, welcome to the forum. I spent 8 years in a great place north of Tokyo called Misawa. We were just in Tokyo for a vacation last April. Great place, great people, and of course, great food.

Enjoy this forum...there's alot of great information here.

PS: The translation for what I said above is "Good Evening and Welcome"!
