I was only blocks away from the house when the storm occurred. I pulled into a car wash when the hail started. I picked up several ping pong size bits of hail while waiting. The roof may not be leaking right now but I would say the effective life of the roof has been changed. Would you agree?

I am in the process of purchasing a REO property. I have the house under contract and the 10 day inspection window has started. Since we went under contract the stove has been stolen. The property manager for the bank is having it replaced. Last night there was a hail storm and I was wondering if they would repair that as well.
