Hi Paul, How was your experience...what information were they seeking and how long was your turn around time?

@Jake C, thank you for your input...A revolving LOC has turned out to be the best option for me as well.

I started out with my own funds and reached that point where I needed extra funding if I was to grow. 

With a revolving LOC and some debt from family members, I have been able to grow much faster.

@ Phillip Davis, how has your experience with huntington been? I have two investment properties that I own 100% and would be nice to pull some cash out for more acquisition.
