@Scott Weaner, it’s a very small bedroom, maybe 10x8 but that might be pushing it.

@Chris Turner, that’s along the lines of what I was thinking. It doesn’t seem like there would be any reason to have it in that location other than I think they redesigned the kitchen to make it bigger by removing a small laundry/mudroom.

Ok, so I have a question about bedrooms. I'm looking at investing in a 1080 sq ft home that is advertised as a 2/1, but when looking through it I noticed the washer and dryer hook ups were in the 2nd, smaller bedroom. Should this be considered a 1/1 and using that, negotiated down to a lower price?

Thanks for reposting @Michael Skvorak. I read it the first time, then when I went to respond, it had be deleted.

Hi! My name is Hope Taylor from Chatsworth, GA. I've been posting on BiggerPockets Marketplace for my team leader (on his profile) for the last year, but have recently been listening to the BP podcast and starting my journey in personal development. The amount I've learned in such a short period of time is astounding! My end goal is to own small multifamily units in my rural town. The supply is low and demand is high.

For the past eleven years, I've been a high school science teacher, but because of the ever increasing demands in that career, I decided to switch. I obtained my real estate license last summer in Georgia and Tennessee, had one transition year where I worked as a part time agent with a team to learn the business. Now I'm full time with the same team, Selling North Georgia of KW Greater Dalton. I've learned a lot, but there's still so much more. My family thinks I'm crazy for giving up my secure paycheck to be an agent, but I know I'm on the right track.

I'm in it for financial freedom, which I now know comes from the passive income of real estate investment. I'm preparing myself with knowledge for the opportunity of investing. I look forward to meeting with you and picking your brain about investing!
