@Joe Splitrock that’s a very beautiful answer I love it, I feel you have a history of multiple loses and are a risk taker so try to understand your wife besides she is intuitive and wants you to prove her right. Don’t rush into judging her character she is that way for a reason

@David Steinbok Thank you so much for taking time to advise me it really means a lot. If I’m working in TO can I get a lender mortgage for a house in London or Kitchener especially if it will be a rental property? Also in regards to adding value to a home with less down payment how can I get funding for that . I am in agreement with you to do it on my own for sure that’s what I want too. I am happy to spend time and learn before jumping into it but I need guidance

@Kris H. Thank you for bringing that to my attention, I thought it will be a great start in real estate to increase my down payment, I don’t have so much money as of yet and my mortgage is low I don’t know what’s the best thing to do

@David Steinbok oh wow that must been hectic I’m sorry to hear that but I’m glad you did great after. I mean I know it’s a risky place to be in but I was thinking I could do that and het profits before assignment so that I can have enough down payment.

So far my mortgage approval is very low around $300,000 based on assessment. I do not have anyone in mind yet to co-sign with on a property. I want to start building my portfolio using BRRRR but I am not sure how to do this. I would definitely use some advise

@Kash Jawed thank you I will do more searching and follow your advise . Right now I’m looking at an area I can invest in with a 35,000 down payment. I hope I can have my first property and rent the other rooms
