They don't burn well and I don't have the 2K to dump these stupid things. These were still in the mfg bldg and it looked like they just closed shop in the middle of the day.So I figured someone ordered them so there has to be someone who still needs them somewhere, Orlando is a fairly large place
Not sure what a Freecycle is.
I work in a marketing department and some of the out of the box ideas consist of wet tee shirt contests, buy a door - get a free beer, "Open doors for the hungry", buy a door, 1/2 the money goes to the second harvest food bank.

I tried it and ended up finding a bunch of things I needed to bring up to code, then the inspector couldn't get under the house , so I ended up rebuilding all the termite destruction

I am just in a bit of a tizzy. Last year I was given the opportunity to make some money, if I put in a lot of physical pain errr Labor
I came across this 80 something year old guy who owned a warehouse. The warehouse used to be a cabinet manufacturer who went bankrupt, it was full of white (like you see in lowes )and some solid wood cabinets. BUT the majority of it was cabinet doors. I had to stack the pallets and shrink wrap all of it, then had to transport the pallets to a Quonset hut steel bldg I erected in my back yard. The wife was not happy with that or any other part of this.
I had about 70 pallets all together, some damaged mdse and some not. I have only been able to get about half of the pallets because I have run out of room. As far as I know the other pallets are still in the warehouse, but may be thrown out by now because I have not been out there since I broke my ankle in January.
Now the real point. I have had these things for a very long time and have not been able to sell any of them. I paid nothing for this inventory except paying help and renting the truck to move this still about $1000.00. I have tried craigslist, ebay and the local paper, nothing. I just knew I would have people lining up at my door for these cabinet doors. Nothing. So I am posting this to see if 1) anyone knows anyone who would be interested in buying these 2) How can i market these 3) Should I just say the hell with it and dump em? (as my wife wishes I would do)

Are you still in the business? If so contact me I need to talk to someone in central fl about this aspect of ownership

Hello
n I have a friend who keeps telling me how great owning a mobile home park and all the mobile homes and rent them out. He says it costs about 3K to rehab a mobile home and I could get $700.00/mo on each one. Does any one have experience with this and the type tenants you get and if it is worth it. I currently have rental houses that I have been selling off.

OK, I am in need of SOMEONE who can help me out. I do not know what has happened to this industry, it is as though asking for money for a property is some sort of voodoo curse. I am looking for someone who is willing to lend money on a property so that I can keep it as a rental. I have a balloon payment that is due and I do not have the 65K that is required. I have had 2 different financial establishments appraise at 88K and 91K respectively.
I can rent the 2 structures on the same lot for a total of $1200.00 - $1400.00 /mo.
The structures are a 2 bed 1 bath and the other is an efficiency. There is no way to lose on this deal, yet I have difficulty trying to find the right person who is interested in financing this. It is an absolute “no brainer”! If you are the one who can help please respond top this ASAP as I am running out of time. I have been a landlord for over 10 years so I know how to run a rental operation and make money.

Hello
I have been a part of this site for many years but for some reason I have not been able to log on so I had to make a new account. i am sure once I am on here I will remember what it is that I am not doing right.
In any case I am looking for someone who has 65K to lend on a rental property that I will loose if I do not have the money to pay off a balloon payment on May 3rd.
I will consider all options, including hard money loan, I just need to carry this part the balloon payment so I have a bit more time to get convention arrangements made.
My "credit" is good but right now my debt/ income ratio is a little high. The appraisal has come back this week at 91K.
I am working with some brokers but the process is very slow. It is one property with 2 units on it.
I had myself so busy doing other things that this detail, slipped by and now I an scrambling. The rent it brings is about $1200 /mo
In loosing this income there is the potential that it might domino to other parts of my life, including my current residence, SO I AM REALLY LOOKING FOR A FINANCIAL ANGEL TO HELP OUT HERE
The thing that seems to be a concern is that it is built about 50 yrs ago. I have been updating and have a contractor living there working on it every day, so i do have additional plans to bring it up to current standards.
I really hope this gets directed to the right person.

Thank You
