Thanks for the tip. We already agreed upon a max. Im suspecting alot of bidders for the sheer fact the house "looks" to be in good shape, just needs updating from what I can see on the outside. The selling point is the location. Great neighborhood.

Greeting.

I wanted to try to get some advice on going to my first auction. My sister and I are going to one on Friday and can really use any advice and headsup. I live in NY and have tried to read anything on forclosures. Thanks....
