Hello, I’m looking for a civil engineer in Phoenix, AZ to do a drainage report for a raw piece of land & we are currently in escrow. Does any one have a recommendation for an engineer or firm? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, thanks for the information, really appreciate it. We've gone to the city to get information from them, and we're meeting with architects this week. Thanks @Eric Teran for the link to your other article, it was very helpful.

Hello, I've recently purchased raw land, and I am wondering what my first steps should be moving forward. Do I need to get it surveyed, or first speak with an architect? If anyone can give some advice on first couple of steps to get the ball rolling it would be greatly appreciated. The lot is in Central Phoenix, on a developed street, so utilities, are nearby the land is uneven, I would say the elevation changes around 7 feet, and currently there is a wash going through the property.

Thanks!

Hey Mike,

Have you had any success with a property management company in Tucson?
