I fund this property on the internet. I was told on the phone that it is a 3bd one bath house in So CA and this is the crazy part the lady only wants 30,000- thirty thousand dollars. I just found this today is this worth looking in to. Problem number two i am flat broke right now where can i get 30,000 dollars.

by the way the person on the phone told me that the property appraises for 400,000+

I am so confused when it comes to real estate investing, there are so many sites promising easy money and I am bright enough not to fall for that. Iam interested in becoming a locator, where do I start.
