Hey Marek I have thought about getting it. Did minimal research on it two days ago actually. But didn't make the investment in it on the spot. What's been your experience with it? And also if you'd rather PM me so we can communicate more efficiently that'd be great.

Thanks very much for the thoughtful, advice driven response. Your advice will be put to good use. Breaking it down into supply, demand, and cashflow makes getting started much less daunting. I will focus my early thoughts and actions on CashFlow as you have suggested. Thanks again for the good wishes.

Hey BiggerPockets community. My name is Holden Sykora, I am 21 and am currently pursuing a degree in finance at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. I have recently secured a sales position with a local dealership (Smith South Plains, Levelland) to better learn to sell myself and large property. I am new to the world of real estate and have recently dedicated myself to soaking in as much knowledge as I can. I found this community through the BiggerPockets podcast and learned this would be a great place to further my real estate education.

My goals for real estate are not yet fully defined. Once I gain enough knowledge on the subject to where I feel comfortable outlining a detailed plan I will do so. As of now I am looking for knowledge to help me define my goals accurately.
