I bought a town house in MN in 2020 and have been renting it out for a couple of years. I do not live in the property. Currently, I have an LLC but no insurance.

My question is do I need insurance if I have an LLC? Or would it make sense to have landlord insurance and the LLC

I just bought a house and turned it into a rental. I created an LLC for this property. My biggest confusion with real estate is knowing what documents I need to file and being organized with my property. I feel like I am very unorganized and don't really know what forms, excel docs, etc to have to keep me organized so I can feel confident buying another one. I am not sure if this made sense.

Examples on stuff I am confused about.

Do I need to file any legal docs

Do i need a seperate bank account

What spreadsheet do I need to keep track of my property

What docs do I need for tax season

I am looking for everything I need to be doing with the little things

I want to start investing in Apartment complexes (6-10 units to start). Our biggest challenge is finding a way to fund this. We know their is a way but wanted to ask the community if they had any advice on getting started. Also, we were wondering what initial steps on starting a business would entail (LLC, Syndication, etc) Any feedback would be fantastic. I am also happy to hop on a call to learn more

I know I am probably going to get many different answers for this one. With interest rates going up past economic cycles have said we might be close to the peak. Do you think it's s good time to Buy/BRRRR? If so, why?
