Thks Brian and that is what I am looking for.  I did drive to the property to see but saw a "no soliciting" note on the front door.  I kind of respect to the seller and plan to mail a letter asking them to work with me before the auction.  I found this one a little bit late, but I am hoping that they will reschedule the auction so I can experience the sale.  This is my very very first attempt so if I can get to them before the auction then it's great if not, I move on to the next one.

I have not lining up the buyers yet but working on it.  any advise

Thanks

-- Ken

Good morning.  I am new to the forum and to this WS investment industry.  I have a question and would like to get your .02 on it.  I have been looking @ a number of pre-foreclosure properties and some will be on auction next week or so here in MD.  Would it ok for me to pursuit them.  please advise

TIA - Ken
