@J Scott I downloaded the book and it has been EXTREMELY helpful. In fact, we talked about a few processes at my full time job (kitchen and bath remodeling) about ways to "shorten the cycle".  If anyone is looking for a flipping resource book, look no further!

Does anyone have a list of the "order or renovations"?  Here is a list of issues that need to be fixed in my next project.....

• Demo Kitchen - Order Cabinets, Order Countertops, Purchase Appliances, 
• Gut Master Bathroom - Build A Shower, Tile Shower, New Toilet
• Rip Out Existing Carpet
• Refinish Hardwoods Under Carpet
• Vinyl Flooring (Tile Over It?)
• Repair Subflooring In Washroom Area Fix Sheetrock Holes
• Bits and Pieces of Leftover Wallpaper
• Electrical (New Outlets, Switches, etc...)
• Paint Bedrooms and Bathrooms
• Deep Clean Bathroom #2
• And more.... 

I'm not looking for a detailed list, maybe something simpler like

1. Foundation
2. Flooring
3. Walls
4. etc...

Anyone have a guide?

I'm new and just trying to find out if anyone else could use the help!  I've read everywhere on BP that I needed to get a list and start somewhere

generate absentee owner leads from tax records?  I have a programmer friend who created a script for me to extract 55,000+ properties my spreadsheet.... How valuable is a service like this to real estate investors?

** Note - All 55,000 are NOT absentee owners, but I know how to sort the spreadsheet to get that information **
