@Charlie MacPherson it doesn’t state that it’s illegal for a person to have a purchase and sell agreement signed by both parties. If I want to buy a house and sell it than I could

@Charlie MacPherson I already talked to an attorney and they assured it’s not illegal, but thanks for information

I am new to real estate investing, so I am a spurge that keeps soaking up water. One of the things I keep hearing as a new investor is to never go of Zillow zestimate. So am I wrong for using it to help me get a estimate of the property?

@Ned Carey Thanks I just wasn't to confident if I can even do something like that. I'm pretty green so my creativity has its limits lol. Thanks

@Mason Hickman I believe I can make more of a profit for assigning all the acres of land instead of just assigning the property. So yea I’m thinking of marketing the 8 acres of land to home builders instead of marketing this property to fix and flippers

@Mason Hickman It’s all open land and the property is basically in the middle of it. I wanted to try and assign all acres of land at one shot including the house, instead of Vice versa assigning the property with all the land included

I have a signed purchase and sale agreement for a distressed property. This property is on 8 acres of land, can I just assign the land instead and make perhaps a bigger profit? The seller wants 105,000 needs about 30,000 cosmetics. Homes in this area has been sold for average rate about 250,000 300,000, within the past 6 months. I looked up How much 1 acre has been sold in this area in the past 6 months, average about 57,000 a acre. I want to know if I AM in the clear to shoot for this.

Basically just deduct it from her profit. SMH, Thanks. When she told me this I kind of went blank and jumped on here ASAP.
