I've been asked to partner on a flip in the Morgan Park/West Pullman area of Chicago. Does anyone know of a good GC that has worked in that area of the city? 

You should be able to find a property manager that will manage as little as one unit.  The smaller the number the higher the percentage they will ask for.

That's 8-12% of gross rents.
