I am from the UK and property is in Wales. I am struggling to find information about the above.

Hi, As the landlords we are trying to arrange access to one of our property's - as we need to carry out a gas check and do a regular inspection.

Our tenant is not taking our calls or responding to our messages. We even dropped a note through the front door asking him to contact us, but heard nothing.

What are our legal rights? Can we just demand entry?
