I am looking into this company and have the same concerns as @Nicholas Baughman. Google reviews from renters on this company are terrible. A lot of complaints about maintenance and big problems like sewage and foundational issues. Surprised this hasn’t come up more in the forums. Seems like a big red flag to me. Any additional perspective from those who have been doing business with USREEB?

Looking for a tax professional that can help with sound advice and annual tax preparation as we grow our rental property portfolio.

Any recommendations from the BP community are appreciated!

hi @Brie Schmidt

Can you help me understand why 2 flats in Chicago don't cash flow? Doesn't it just come down to how much rent you can charge? What am I missing?

I ask because I am looking at MFHs to invest in/owner occupy. A lot of the places I am finding that meet our needs are 2 flats, but large units, 2-3 beds and baths per unit, so you can charge more rent. They appear to cash flow as straight rental properties in the future when I use the BP rental calculator.

Appreciate your insight!
