 first of Andrew, let me on behalf of my family THANK You! for your Service Sir and I thank you again for your feedback, i'm new to the game haven't done any deal's yet but the learning process is exciting and enlightening so much success to you n yours.

   

Hi guy's great topic, @Andrew Zannotti, it's interested that you're looking for opportunities outside or your area, while i as                                a newbie have been looking at your area of Pharr,Tx  and surroundings, i notice that prices there are reasonable for new and fairly new properties, what feedback if any can you provide? thks. much in advance

Thank you mr.Osweiler, i appreciate your input and thank you for your advice, i'm really just getting started and is in the process of applying for biz credit and one of the criteria was to have a EIN # thus the reason for the question,but i do appreciate you and your honesty.

Hi everyone,i'm a nebbie to the game and have a question, Do i need a LLC before i can apply for a EIN number?
