Hi all,

Recently got involved managing a rent stabilized property. Looks like previous registrations were entered incorrectly and preferential rents were listed as legal rents. I see DHCR allows for amendments for previous years but curious if anyone's been successful doing so and how far back can one go?

Hi all,

I'm Harry and I'm hoping to join the FIRE community within the next five years. I have an investment property that I probably have held on for too long and I recently began helping manage the properties in my family's trust. Looking to learn from the community on how to best maximize each as well as dive into the STR market. Not too late is it? :)

Wish I could go to BPCON but will look out for local meetups in the NY Tri-State area.
