Thanks for the info. Currently looking in smaller post-secondary towns that have affordable housing ($195-230K range). Very interested in St. Cats, Peterborough and Waterloo .. al within an hour 15 minute drive from my place.

Although I realize I am in the minority here, I am still very interested in this community!

I am currently a FInancial Security Advisor and after 2 years of beating around with dead end Real estate partners, Ill be making my own move in a few months.

A little about myself. I'm 26, in a relationship but not married. I am currently looking for a student rental, in Southern Ontairo but open to housing in other areas as well.

I look forward to getting to know many of you and investing time to create a wealth of knowledge that I can hopefully one day give back to the community.

How is business going now?

Did you do the 20K @ 9% as a payback monthly, or BEL (back end loaded)?
