i have a hard money lender calling me tomorrow. Is there any specific questions I should be asking.

I have a partner putting his money in and have a Realtor on my team.looking to get a lender on my team now.

It's only been 7 days since I started to form a team. Hope all goes well

Also the real secret to flipping houses may be for you to find deals and then to flip them to contractor buyers. Make a cut and on to,the next deal. Let the contractor buyer rehab and add value and make his wages and some profit.

sorry I was so blunt asking for help, guess I was desperate to get somewhere, and not get a run around . I am 50 years old and spent lots of money on info and programs only to end up broke and loosing everything

Just looking for someone willing to pay it forward, ( helping someone succed to feel good about it). I'm not asking for a handout just help and info to get started. If I just wanted a hand output I'd be on a corner begging for money, THAT I won't do, I have my pride and faith, that's all I have.
