Nice cash flow property in Indianapolis, IN. This property rents for $575 a month. The property is located in a working class neighborhood, right across the street from a local park. Recently rehabbed and ready to start working for you.

Andrew, I am curious as to how you funded your flip deals straight out of College? I am 51 and am funding my first flip through a special retirement account called a Solo 401K. A similar account is called a Self-directed IRA. expenses have to be paid from this account straight to the contractors doing the rehab and any profits from the sale have to go back into the retirement account.

Are you doing short term loans from hard money lenders? Any help would be appreciated.

Herman

I am just beginning the Real Estate journey and hope to get encouragement and positive energy from BP members. Just starting out in the Indianapolis area. Looking forward to my first deal. Got my LLC, accountant, possible contractor, attorney and investor friendly realtor lined up. Any tips right now?
