Thanks Aaron Klatt.

I kind of figured that was the case. I have a lot of dumb questions but am not afraid to ask. I remember Josh and Brandon on earlier podcasts saying there are no such things as a dumb question. Thanks man I just have to get a lil more creative now.

I have bad credit and I’m fixing it but it will take some time. I want to house hack and use an fha loan to start investing. My question is how do I partner a deal with someone that will not be living there, to use their good credit score for a better mortgage rate?  Is it even possible? Please help a newbie out. Thnx

Post: Quick question about taking over a mortgage from a family member

Quick question

So here’s the scenario. A family member has her daughter and son in law living with her. They want to take over the full mortgage payments to help free the parents from debt and also keep the parents as tenants to come and go as they wish. They want to structure an agreement where the daughter is added to the mortgage to make it official and That’s all I got for now.

So how can they structure a deal or agreement with that information.

Hello BP world. My name is Henry Uili. I’m from Kent WA which is about 20 miles south of Seattle.

My only experience with real estate is when my wife and I bought our first home back in 2007 and had to do a short sale about a year later. It was a setback for us financially and emotionally.

It wasn't until last year (2017) that I started to get financially educated which led me to the world of REI. Looking for podcasts to listen to on RE is how I found BP and I'm just so amazed how much I'm learning and how much information and knowledge BP has to offer without the "up-sells". Ty BP.

I work full time as a loader for a trucking company but plan on building a real estate business part time which I hope can turn into a full time business.

Our real estate goals are to invest in Multifamily properties for buy and hold cash flow. We plan on looking for a RE Agent in our local area that specializes in multfamilies then becoming a owner occupant in a multifamily to start our REI career.

Ty BP and hope to connect with awesome REI on here!
