I've been to several real estate seminars and mentorships for which I paid thousands of dollars. Let me tell you the Subto community supersedes all of them. I have received so much information (actual how-to info) and connected with many like-minded helpful people who are actually doing deals. There is a course with a lot of information but the true value is the community. It is a living breathing community that is always adding value. Pace is revolutionizing the real estate game and changing so many lives. This community is always challenging you to make you better every single day. I love my Subto Fam.

Smart sellers will want you to prove that you can land the deal. A POF does not mean that they are your fund's bank statements do. That Realtor isn't dumb

hello my name is Henry, i have always had a interest in real estate. I started out selling as a Realtor from 2005-2007 however it was not exactly what i had in mind. Since then have been in Law enforcement and now work as a private contractor for NASA. But still I came to find out that Investing in real estate is what i really want to get into. So.. i am here ready to learn meet good people and hopefully work with a good mentor.
