Alejandro,

It would be amazing if you could do deeper research from the Puerto Rico Tourism Company for me.  I would call but I am currently in Japan and unable to connect with them.  I just need a range if that is possible.  Thanks again for the links on the bottom.  Rent prices seems to fluctuate a bit even within the same town.  Thank you for your time.

Dear All,

I am trying to find the vacancy rate for rentals in Rio Piedras San Juan.  It is also really hard to find rental prices for 2 bedroom 2 bath, and four bedroom four bath.  Would appreciate any help or feedback.
