My LLC entity is set up in NY and I am also operating in NY. I am physically working in NY.

Can I wholesale property out of state using my LLC as the party conducting the wholesale deals or do I need to look into a foreign LLC.

Hey Brian,

In my contracts I have whats called an "Inspection Period". As long as I am within my inspection period I can pull out of the contract at anytime. Whether I make it 14 days or 21 days but as long as I am within those days I am protected.

Still working on my first deal currently have 4/5 leads. I'm still learning but cold calling and networking (think creative as you can be). I'm learning networking is everything. 

All my leads were generated from cold calling all day. Not the only way of course just sharing my experience.
