Ok, so if buy and hold on SFR is not feasible for a person to invest in. How can someone with no significant capital make a good ROI on RE investment on Long Island?

What REI strategies (flip, buy and hold, etc) is profitable here on Long Island? With the numbers I have run on buy and hold in Huntington it isn't profitable month the month because of property cost and taxes. What have other people found are successful strategies for Long Island?

Did you close on the house in Bellport?  Are you making cashflow on a monthly basis?  I used to live at 70 Station Road and cannot believe how nice the house ended up from when I lived there.

I just ran a property through the calculator that is for sale in Huntington, NY. How can you do SFR properties with positive cashflow here in Huntington with the taxes as high as they are?

I live in and love Huntington, NY. I would love to be able to invest and profit in rental properties here in Huntington. Is anyone able to do this in Huntington without having the capital to buy properties outright? I am also looking for a mentor in the local area. Henry
