I am looking to get a quick bid on a 27 unit apt complex in austin.

0 loss runs and 0 deferred maintenance. New roof last year. any recommendations for someone with 

aggressive pricing ? We don't make claims and would like my premium to reflect that.

Hello All, 

 I am out shopping for an affordable property insurance for a 27 unit gated complex in Austin Texas.

I have owned it close to 10 years with zero loss runs and 0 claims. If anyone has an aggressive insurance 

company that will get me a great price it would be appreciated. Just a little bit about the property. It is 49 years old copper wiring and I have heavily invested 

in extensive rehab outside and inside, replaced most a/c and heating, Fully gated, no pool, also just put an all new roof in it without any insurance help.
