Post: How enforce CC&R's?

We recently purchased a property in a subdivision that's entirely new construction (and still being developed). A consideration when purchasing was the CC&R's, which prohibit trailers from being parked outside in front of properties. The neighbors, however, have a trailer that's consistently parked outside in violation of the CC & R's. It's our understanding they've received notice from the folks who currently oversee the CC & R's (I believe it's the developers), however, then continue to park their trailer outside. We have not reached out directly to the neighbors as it would seem that, if they're not responsive to notification from the people on the CC & R committee, who are the authorities here, they would not be receptive to us saying anything and would potentially worsen the situation.  We're interested in the CC & R's for the subdivision be enforced- Any suggestion, given the circumstances, what the best way to do this is?

Does anyone have experience buying a property at a tax deed auction with a Medicaid lien? I'm looking at one in Idaho and, not totally sure, but think the Medicaid lien may survive the tax deed sale. If you were to purchase the property and just pay off the lien in full would it just go away without any additional issue? Anyone have experience negotiating to reduce this type of lien or general experience to share? Thanks!

I'm interested in a piece of land scheduled for an upcoming tax deed auction and, in doing some research, I believe the owner (prior to the county assuming the tax deed) is deceased. In the county records I don't see any evidence that the county sent notices to anyone outside of the former owner. Any suggestions as to how to navigate this (check if it ever went through probate, if their are any heirs/beneficiaries that weren't notified and could potentially invalidate the sale, etc.)?

We're interested in purchasing a vacant lot that currently has no road to it, though it does have an easement granting ingress/egress from the neighboring property. Given that the easement already exists, what is necessary to create a gravel or dirt road to this vacant lot (do we need additional permission from the neighbor owner, a permit, etc.)? Also, any ideas for an economical rout would be appreciated- the neighboring lot is about 20 acres in size so the gravel/dirt road would be relatively long- Thanks!

We're doing some preliminary due diligence on a vacant piece of land we would like to potentially purchase at a tax deed auction. The parcel currently does not have a road that leads to it and to access it you need to go through the neighboring property, which is about 20 acres. There is already and easement in place for the purpose of ingress/egress on the neighboring property.

What would we need to do to create access to the vacant parcel we're interested in? Since an easement is already in place on the neighboring property, would we need permission to put in a gravel or dirt road to create access? If so, what would that entail (paperwork, cost, etc.)? Thanks in advance!
