Hi everyone!

I've secured amazing terms on a seller financed, 8 unit deal, in Pharr, Texas with 4.5 interest only with 6 months of no payments and currently looking for an equity partner to bring $160k.

- Under contract effective April 29th

- Rents are currently at half market rent

- Cash flow positive day 1
