Thanks for the advice. The cash flow is good. I just want to have the right insurance for my needs. I just need liability and probably the cost of rebuilding the interior, thats it. However, somehow the insurance companies include a lot more on the quotes.

I have all the insurances policies with the same company and max deductible, however is still high. My properties are condos, so the building is anyway insured by the HOA. I was wondering if I can buy like fire and liability only?? I'm trying to figure out, what ideas other people have. Thanks

I have few rental properties free and clear. However the Landlord insurance is too expensive. Any advice? Can I buy Liability only? Do you recommend an agent?
