Hi,

I have .7 acres under contract on the Houston downtown district, I plan to develop 90+ units, as a GC I ran the numbers and they look really good, my problem is that I don't know investor in this area that I can present this deal and bring them as a partner. any advise on how to find them?

Hello BP,

I'm a long time MFH and SF GC in the Houston area, and now I manage to secure a piece of land in the DT area to develop my first multifamily project, the biggest challenge I'm facing is raising the equity capital ($4M). My inner circle of investors that I know only do SF flips.

I'm looking to get a couple of General partners in this deal that can help me bring investors.

here are some detail of the deal:

56 units, 3 yrs exit strategy, Multiple 1.8x, IRR 22.5%

thank you in advance.

@Steve Olson Hi, I'm in the process of putting a plan for my development partners together on B2R, it will be on a smaller scale here in Houston TX. I would like some guidance from your experience.

Hello,

With lender ready to send their money so I can do real estate investment, I need to have a company ready here to make this work, any ideas how to proceed?
