Hi Everybody, excited to be on BP with you. I hope to be able to meet many of you through this forum. My focus is to build consistent and steady wealth for my family through REI. The vision is to learn about many aspects of REI, within the next 5 - 7 yrs. have 25 - 30 rental units with steady cashflow, reinvest the profits to pay them off by the time I am 55 (in 15 yrs.). I also want to learn about wholesaling and flipping so as to be able to fit the deal to the best exit strategy.

I have been working as an engineer for 15 year and even though I enjoy my work, I realize that I am building wealth for somebody else and I want something of my own. I took a boot-camp back in April through GaREIA, bought my first property in July (HUD property), renovated it, and placed it on the market about a month and a half ago. Fingers crossed.

Question for all - Any books, courses that you would recommend for wholesaling, flipping, and buy and hold. I want something that has meat on it. So many book go into the "Why REI?" or have a lot of fluff.............trying to avoid all those buy substantive material.
