California landlord here! Tenants have not paid rent since April and of course the bills do not stop! I still have to pay their water, garbage and I have to pay property taxes and homeowners insurance! Waiting for that $25 billion in rental assistance! If anyone has information about how to apply for it in California, please advise. Thank you!

There's a condo that I'm very interested in buying and I want to send the owner a letter or even call him/her to offer to buy the place. How do I get their contact information?
