We are looking to invest in a duplex in San Antonio, TX. We are looking in the Woodlake neighborhood. I am out of state, but it looks like it has a low crime rate. The schools don't look to be the best, however. Does anyone have any other advice as to whether this is a good area to invest in a rental? Thank you!
