@Ali BooneSo glad to earn your giggle!! I think you're pretty rad too, I just followed your hip insta account. Winnetka is about an hour drive north of Venice into the west Valley. Just sayin' I'm willing to make the drive if you ever shoot me a line about events or any help you need on a project, I am all ears and eager to get my hands dirty before making my first flip!

I'm in the Woodland Hills / Winnetka area but haven't made any deals yet, still getting my feet wet and absorbing all the info I can from experienced folk before taking that first risk. Alright, now that we've got that out of the way feel free to invite me to local events so we can rub elbows, I'm also available to absorb your ever word over lunch anytime! I'm new to Real Estate but I've been a self-made woman thus far and I'm excited for this life-worth-living challenge and prospects of protecting my life-after-retirement.
