I am new to BP and investing. I am wanting to start with wholesaling and then buy, fix and sell and want to learn more about the no money down investing options. I think having a mentor to help walk through a few deals and be available for questions for a time period would be helpful but I don't want to add to my debt with the large amounts charged by certain groups and people. I am thankful for everyone's posts and suggestions. Very helpful to a newbie!

My name is Heather Gall and I live in Frisco, TX. I and my husband are interested in getting started with investing. We have sold and purchased many homes but all were for us to live in, not for investments. We would like to start wholesaling and then buy, fix and sell. We are looking to make connections to help us start this new business venture. I am currently a stay at home mom and have been working from home as a natural health educator. I came across BP when I was researching on the internet and am excited to be here and I look forward to learning and connecting!

I am new to investing as well and came across Phil's book and liked the idea of a mentor. I did fill out the application. I now wish I hadn't, but instead came here first. His program is too much! From now on I will come here first with all my questions.
