We are looking to buy our 1st short term rental. We are looking in myrtle beach and North myrtle but having really hard time finding anything that the numbers work to not be upside down. Is anyone else having same issues?

What smart locks has anyone used if you have a STR in another state. I'm new to STR. In the process of acquiring one in Hilton Head SC. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
