Welcome to BP.  I'm starting into wholesaling myself.  I've found building a network both online and in person is helpful.  In Northeastern CT there aren't any good groups so I'm starting one myself.  I'm not sure how far you are from Tolland, CT but would love to have you join us face to face to make new connections

Welcome Ben.  I joined just this morning myself.  I know a hard money lender in NJ but I'm guessing their regional (never bothered to ask).  But let me know if you want me to look into it
