@Landon Bleau awesome advice I really appreciate it! I think that is something that I have been struggling with is there are so many options out there and what to do next has been bugging me for some time but setting a goal and working backwards is what I will do thanks Landon.

I bought my primary residence with a USDA rural housing loan which is technically part of The FHA loan, if I move out of this house and buy another one and turn it into a rental property, does the loan type change out of a USDA loan to an investment loan, could I get a 203k loan on my next property!? I hope that make sense.

@Kory Quitter that is fantastic what you are doin Kory I’m currently in the same boat right now where I Invested with my friend, and as they say never invest with your friends haha what you could do that Iv heard people doing contact your bank and see if they do Mortgage assumptions, What this allows you to do is take your grandparents off without refinancing or going through the hassle and paperwork some banks will allow you to just keep the same payment but just take your grandparents name off.
