Looking to find properties near Foley. I want to put capital into the properties and rent them out. I want to provide adorable living for the lower income industries towards orange beach. For instance: the restaurant industry workers can not afford to live in orange beach.

Hello there! I’m just getting started with wholesaling, and I have been driving for dollars to get my addresses in my city! I’m getting the distressed property addresses but it seems my skiptrace sites aren’t giving me the best phone numbers. Any recommendations? I’m a sponge and will soak in all knowledge possible!
