Hello,

I'm still in the middle of reading Brandon's rental property book. I was wondering if there are some tips for a new Investor? I'm looking to start house hacking for my first property. I live and work in New Hampshire.

The book has a ton of information, just hard to digest. Any tips and information would be greatly appreciated.
